I am not happy. The key reason for the call to Home paramount was to put traps in the hall closet in my living room. A mouse started to eat my Amish-made straw hat. I drove 2 hours to go to an Amish store to buy the hat!
The service rep DID NOT go inside to renew traps for rodents and certainly did not put a trap in the colset.
