The inspection was thorough and results were explained well. The application of the "booster" insecticide around the house perimeter was sloppily done. Excess cement and sand was pooled for nearly a foot around the bore holes. When trenches were dug in the earth, dirt was left on the house itself and the trenches were not tamped down. A manager responded to our complaint and said the crew would return today to clean up, but it is now 11AM and there is no sign of the crew. When this same service was done previously by the same company, the bore holes were barely detectable and no other sign was left above ground, so we know what it should look like.
