Debug has been wonderful. Our house backs up to woods, so we've had some interesting critter issues. We've needed help between our regular service appointments, and it's always been easy and effective to figure out what's happening and take action. John is *the best* and so lovely to work with, too. The organic spray is pet-friendly and non-toxic -- I'm grateful for the option, and it does work!
