Hi DeBug, We are at 34 Hamden Road Cranston RI. Jayne and Kevin Platt. The guys were super nice, but we still have mice. It seemed like we were just feeding them for the first two weeks with no dead mice on the premises. Your team did try to find holes around the house. Then we feed them more over the next two weeks. We are not sure what to do now. It's maddening.

I called because I was having my house painted and the painter found a white face nest right where he was working and he got stung. I called you and I was told he would be there the following morning at 8:00 a.m. and the cost was $295.00. He came and removed most of the nest. I paid him (which I think is too high), and then removed a few yellow jackets near my breezeway. Overall he stayed 30 minutes and told me if I needed him if we saw more bees to call him. That afternoon the painters found hundreds of other bees under the shutters. I call the office and she told me he would call back. He did but said he was busy for the next couple of days. Said the office would find someone else and call. No call until Wednesday and I was out. Then I got this e-mail. Hornet and wasp spray was used and they appear to be gone. As advertised you did come but it was the next morning. For 30 minutes of the bee remover's time, I think $295 is a bit overpriced. Average RI price is much less I assume on time spent. If I have more trouble while the painters are here I would like more information on pricing and 30 day warranty.

I'm a Realtor and Debug is the best! I use them for my own house for ants. Not only do they take care of the ants, they get rid of hornet nests around the outside of my house. Never have any issues with pests since I hired them. Always on time, respect the property and my concern for my animals' safety with their treatments, and the most affordable around. I am glad to have them as a resource for my home seller clients as well. I can call them on a moments notice for a pest issue with a house and they respond right away. GREAT company!

Debug is very punctual and will always come back another day if the weather isn't cooperating with an appointment that was made. However, we NEVER feel like we can actually hang out outside without being bitten by mosquitos. Not just one or two bites, but constant and unrelenting until later in the evening! So frustrating.

We had one wasp nest under a porch and several yellowjackets nests where they had got inside the exterior walls through light fixtures. The technician was very knowledgeable and patiently explained all aspects of the pest treatments. He also gave us good guidance on what to look for in case the yellowjackets weren't eliminated with the first treatment. When a few returned a couple days later, he promptly came back and treated them with no additional charge. We have had no problems since.

No! Maybe I don't get bitten by as many mosqittos but these other very small flying dots with wings are more plentiful and much more stinging and the the sting lasts alot longer. I'll try one more applications but the results need to be significantly better or this will be my last. debbie anand.
