We were horrified when we found several dead bats in our house this summer. Ultra Safe was incredibly responsive and sent a fantastic technician/wildlife specialist (Tim) to our house in short order. He quickly identified areas of concern (and confirmed that our walls weren't infested with many more bats) and installed animal-safe devices to allow any other animals to exit safely without allowing any back in. We thought the price was very reasonable given the high standard of service and the warranty Ultra Safe provides. Our concerns have been addressed and we would definitely come back for any future issues.
