I contacted Ultra Safe in order to discover what animal (or animals) were digging up my lawn. I spoke to Justin who was helpful in suggesting Eric come out to observe and trap whoever was the active critter. He reviewed the process and costs and was able to get me the best price possible. As a retired school teacher, I was extremely appreciative. Eric has been pleasant and responsive. He has been out twice. Once to set the traps and yesterday, to set free the squirrels. We await our skunks! I have greatly appreciated all communications with Ultra Safe personal. They are patient and understanding.
This follow up visit from John was just as helpful as the first. He"s a great representative for your company.

Rico handled the situation thoroughly. He inspected every room, blocked any gaps near the pipes and set traps where necessary. He also explained where the gaps were and what he did to address the situation inside and outside the house and next steps. I am glad I called Safe Pest Management.
Excellent service today. Kristen was here did a thorough review of all traps and completed some remediation work .
Each visit has solved a problem area, always reassured after.

I have been generally pleased and the technician who comes out seems knowledgeable. However, I have always experienced some confusion between the office management and their representatives who come out to do the services. In this case, I received an email message saying it was just exterior treatment. When he arrived, he said it was also to include the interior.

There was no specific plan of action aside from trapping the mice inside the house. Specifically there was no attempt to seal the entry points, gaps or holes to eliminate the problem, despite asking the technician repeatedly what the plan was for a long-term solution. This service is much too expensive for just a "mouse trapping" service. Very disappointed. I would not recommend Ultra Safe Pest Management. It is not worth the money. Not professional and not responsive.
