Emmanuel is such a professional. He enters the home, puts on the booties, greets my dogs by name, and gets right to work. When I have questions about specific types of bugs, he explains why I may be seeing them, etc.

Unfortunately, not every technician is as professional as Emmanuel. I had a horrible experience with another technician that left my floors saturated for days, smelling strongly of chemicals, etc. My ratings in this survey reflect ONLY my experience with Emmanuel.
