System in place now for a year, seems to be working well. However, your Rep today very kindly checked the settings on the dehumidifier in crawl space. Saw that the system has been running at On for a year !!! and he quickly set it to the correct setting of Auto. Our electricity bill reflects this mistake and would be nice to get a refund from Terminix for the added expense they caused with this mistake. Rep today was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Rep in the past Not so friendly and did not like to be asked questions 🙁 When I have called Terminix I did not receive help with the On/Auto issue till the Rep came out today, they weren't too bothered about this issue 😒.
