I was not pleased at all with how the appointment was handled. We left our prior vendor because of them claiming to do work that they never did. When we selected you as the new vendor we were promised that no one would come on site without us making an appointment and then being notified when the technician was on the way. We had an appointment for 4pm this past Friday (which my husband left work early for) and the technician showed up at 2. 2 HOURS EARLY!! and no phone call - since the appointment was on a Friday, we can only assume the tech wanted to go home early on Friday. This was not appreciated and not professional at all.
