With GPC for 30+ yes. Very dissatisfied with service this time. Trenches not filled,holes left in patio and porch. Someone sent back out promptly and retreated and filled holes & trenches. However, put in regular cement rather than tan. Looks tacky Treated garage also but patches in holes left very tacky. Not smoothed out. Prior treatments were also left neat and have never had to voice concerns.

Have been using Germantown Pest control for several years and I have been pleased with their service.

Germantown has worked hard to rid me of roof rats in my attic. The service has been persistent and prompt in answering calls and making repairs.

Everyone has been very helpful.

I couldn't finish my full review because of the character limit so I'll continue now. Every time that a technician has come to spray they've only sprayed the immediate perimeter of the building they have not gone out and sprayed where I've indicated there have been nests of insects. I was told multiple times that they would take down inactive wasp nest which they have not done and they are now being rehomed by new wasps. I've continued to have an issue with ants and small crawling insects as they do not spray in our massive ant hills which are very evident as soon as you arrive on the property. On several occasions one of the technicians has actually offered us a business card for one of their other ventures that they take apart in and I'm just concerned that the technicians are more interested in earning the next dollar than they aren't actually performing a valid and good service. But once again when you complain to the front office staff they act like it's your fault for not being there prior to an appointment time even though your appointment was at a specified time. they act like it's your fault for having a later appointment time than normal even though you have no control over how they schedule their appointments. And rather than listening to the customers complaints and concerns they would rather take the word of the technician which I'm not saying is not valid I'm just saying there is not any customer service when it comes to complaints being made. Having worked in the service industry for over a decade I know for a fact that half the battle is just listening to someone and if you would just listen to someone make their complaints then most likely your issues will be resolved. However when I voice my concerns and complaints regarding my service I was treated without respect I was treated as if it was all my fault and there was no blame to be held on the technician or the company which is not good customer service.

I was scheduled to have a sprayer technician come out at 5:00 p.m. and the technician arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and left before my scheduled appointment time claiming that there was no one at the address. I have never in my life been told that you're 15 minute appointment window starts before the actual appointment time. The technician then blatantly ignored phone calls right around the appointment time because I'm sure we were their last spray for the day. The office was conveniently closed so when I finally got a call back from the office I was essentially told it was my fault for not being there 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. It was also my fault for requesting a 5:00 p.m. appointment because that's not something they normally do. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that no one was working until Wednesday of the following week mind you that's almost 5 days from my original appointment time. The customer service is absolutely lacking. What could have been easily resolved if the technician had actually shown up at the scheduled appointment time and waited the required 15 minutes from 5:00 to 5:15 as would been expected for a 5:00 p.m. appointment then none of this would have transpired. However the front desk person wants to just pass me off to a supervisor on Wednesday rather than trying to resolve the issue and blaming me for all of the problems because the appointment was at 5:00 p.m. and the technician arrived early and then didn't answer the phone within 6 minutes of my actual appointment time. I'm very dissatisfied I'm being treated like I'm in the wrong even though the technician came before the appointment time did not wait the required 15 minutes I stated in the contract from the start of the appointment time but I'm being held responsible even though I was at the address when I was supposed to be. Terrible customer service.

My landlord used Germantown pest control when I was a renter. Then when I bought my own home, I knew that I wanted to have great pest control, so I chose Germantown Pest Control as well. They are always efficient when they come to spray my home, and I do not routinel see bugs in my home. If I do see a bug, it is usually dead or dying because of their work. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been impressed with the service so far! Fox, I believe, is my technician and he is amazing! They give you a specific time, not a 2 hour window, and he shows up promptly at that time. He is efficient, friendly and goes out of his way to make sure he addresses any issues I have. I’ve also only seen a couple spiders since switching to Germantown Termite & Pest and all have been dead! Couldn’t be happier!

If you have Foxmaster Woods as your technician, he is on time, always cheerful but not too chatty! Does his job.
