I asked for a different worker...the first one hadn't even entered my house before he was telling me what he doesn't do! Someone different came next time and he explained the process and gave me advice and tips for preventing further infestation. Unfortunately the third time #1 came back. His attitude had improved but I was uncomfortable. I didn't recognize him...we all wear masks. I was also preoccupied with my children. He left quickly but I wish Terminix respected my request.
