So far so good. Doug, the tech was very courteous and and on time.I have ant infestation, have used Hoskins for 10 yrs. - who were the ones who pointed the problem out to me their first time out and were supposedly controlling them. But when I had new flooring installed and they took up the old tile, there were 100's of ants under the tile. I called Hoskins, they sent a tech out, who said we've been spraying outside so that should take care of it,not really willing to offer a better solution so I'm done with them. Hopefully this company will take better care of me as a good customer.
