Found Alliance to be prompt, extremely effective and courteous. Not only did they solve the infestation problem I had but found others that were in the beginnings of becoming a future problem. I bought the annual plan, when I call with any problem they come within a day or two. And they spray regularly I believe from April to September. That is the best value.
