Pedro is always efficient in his servicing my condo, and I appreciate that. My only "complaint" is that Paramount should notify me (as a contract customer) earlier in the month about the date service is to be than they do currently, which is just a few days in advance, so I can put them on my calendar. I need to know to be sure I reserve time in my schedule to be present to let them in the building.
