I was not notified in advance that the tech was coming. He apparently could not find my house on the first try (despite the fact that Home Paramount has been servicing my house for years) and left a voice mail message asking for directions that I did not receive until later in the day. He found the house the next day, but again I had no idea he was coming and was not home when he performed the HD Bait Renewal. There were issues that I wanted to bring to the tech's attention when this work was performed, but I never got the chance. This service experience did not meet your usual standards or my expectations--particularly with regard to scheduling and advance notification.
