After using their service for 6 months I must say I'm sorry I ever started. First, the neighbor's lawns look much nicer than my lawn and all they did was put fertilizer on it and water it for a week. That would have been way cheaper! We ended up having a crazy amount of bugs, much more then when we had our previous exterminator once a quarter. When I was about to cancel, the manager came out. After 4 weeks there was not any change. Then I received serviced a service (on Monday) from the local guy but he couldn't get into the back because we had a lock on the gate. He sent me a text message saying he will come back, he never did. I cancelled service on Tuesday. Also on Tuesday I received the invoice for the full service even though he was only able to complete half of it. This raised a red flag to me and seemed a bit fraudulent. On Wednesday I left an online message that I wanted a call from a manager. On Thursday I called but was on hold until I got through to the voice mail so I left a message requesting a call. On Friday I called in the morning and after waiting on hold I got to the voice mail so I left another message. On Friday afternoon I called from another number, still wasn't able to get through.
We're on Sunday, I never received a call or any messages from them even though I was trying for several days to reach them. In the end the auto pay went through and I feel like they not only did a bad job on the lawn and the bugs but also did the minimum and charged the maximum.
Lawnbear/Peastbear where profits come before the customer? I'd say this is a 100% fact.
