Service was recently completed and we don't expect to see results for a while so I can only comment on customer service not treatment effectiveness. Phone service reps who take care of contracts, scheduling etc communicate clearly and respond quickly. Service people show up for scheduled appointments on time. When asked, they clearly explain what they're doing and the science on which treatments are based.
