My lawn hasn’t seen much improvement, but I know it will take time. I was told my initial payment wouldn’t be taken out until the initial service, but it was taken out when I agreed to the contract before the initial service. I was also told that I would receive calls before the technicians would come out to my house, which they did for the first but didn’t for the second. They just showed up without any notice.
