Did not care for no advance notice voice message came night before. Brian was exceptionally Professional and completed the Service. Try to give more notice. A phone call would be nice.

I'm paying for a service that I am not getting. Also, when my bill comes it has one month service amount due, then I get a call saying I am behind. If I owe two months, then the bill due should reflect that. I think this is beginning to be a problem. I get automated calls that the tech is going to come, but they never show up. I have cameras, for the past 2 times that they were supposed to be coming I did not see them. When I called the number the voicemail is full. Customer service said they were here yesterday 9/6/23. I am working from home this week and had other people working at my house yesterday at the time they said they came and submitted the report that there was no activity in the traps. They did not come to 5974 Button Willow Lane. Not happy.

Grass was completely green and then they came to spray and it turned completely yellow and brown. NOT HAPPY. And yes I did call them to come back and they sprayed again. Still yellow and brown.

(I requested No inside house spray) Tech was very pleasant and efficient - maybe too efficient. He was in my yard for only 12 minutes. - Was early for my appointment showing up a little before Noon. I was scheduled between 1-4. I did not receive a phone call first. Your request for a review is premature. Much too soon to judge if ants are eradicated. I'm a long-time customer and in the past a 2nd visit was made to verify problem was resolved. Now the price has increased but there is no scheduled 2nd visit. There is no reason for me to use McCall's for future annual spray. BTW- I would never give a man trying to earn a living a 'bad' review - perhaps he was just poorly trained by McCall.

Pest exclusion was not done as described in the contract. Attempts to contact McCall have gone unanswered except for one response. The service is warrantied for one year, yet I cannot get the original service done as described.
