I'm paying for a service that I am not getting. Also, when my bill comes it has one month service amount due, then I get a call saying I am behind. If I owe two months, then the bill due should reflect that. I think this is beginning to be a problem. I get automated calls that the tech is going to come, but they never show up. I have cameras, for the past 2 times that they were supposed to be coming I did not see them. When I called the number the voicemail is full. Customer service said they were here yesterday 9/6/23. I am working from home this week and had other people working at my house yesterday at the time they said they came and submitted the report that there was no activity in the traps. They did not come to 5974 Button Willow Lane. Not happy.
