We were on vacation during the last review. I read the report: saw no mention of our biggest problem: rats. Your staff always have to re-stock the rat bait. Also we have recent problem with ants but since we were on vacation did not have a chance to speak with the service member
I sense that you might be understaffed: we used to have a conversation with the service member who would personally review his/ her report with us
Currently I am disappointed with the service.
