We are extremely disappointed in Cowley's service. Our holiday lighting was in stalled on 11/20. The timer does not work and has not worked since installation; and the garland was installed incorrectly. Despite several calls to and pictures to Denise, another one with the answering service and one with Jill who assured me that someone would come out and look at the situation this week, no one has come to inspect. We paid $1700 for this service and could not be more unhappy with the result. If a representative does not come to our home by December 2nd, we will be forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
