Customer service in Orange County is terrible. Have a rat in a trap they won"t come out for a week. Crazy in this heat. Can"t get a hold of a supervisor. 1st person never put in request for a supervisor to call. Can"t cancel service without talking to a supervisor. Carlos at the OC office is awesome but that"s all I can say good about Corkys.
