This is the 3rd “service” in a row where I was never notified when the service was to take place. I never get the inside of my home treated. But I sure get an email with my fee. Despite two other times calling to voice my concerns about this same issue, I still do not receive a call or email when service will happen. I will be canceling soon due to this. 3 times is just unacceptable.
