The technician responded to our air conditioner failure swiftly. However, the compressor fan motor he replaced failed less than 2 weeks later because it was not compatible with the capacitor. This may not be the technician's fault because the capacitor was installed May 18, by a different company, were not to specifications. With that said, we had to have yet another company come and resolve the problem, who replaced both items.
