I was dissatisfied with my most recent Colonial treatment. I have a problem with cicadia killer wasps. When I discussed the issue with the technician, his 1st response was that they were "protected". When I debated that point he said I had a "lawn maintenance" issue. Needless to say I was unhappy with the Colonial service. I called another pest control service and they provided instructions to me about dealing with the wasp issue.
