I have been a long time fan of Home Paramount. I have worked with them for many years at many properties. I have seen them tackle huge infestations and handle regular service with professionalism. This past year has been a disaster. The change over in employees and supervisors is never ending. One week I am talking to an area supervisor and next week they are gone. I also never know if someone is going to show up on our regular service day. It has happened when no one shows up, write or calls! We have been treating the same vacant apartment since July and still cant get rid of the infestation. I suspect its because I caught the tech putting water in his sprayer when he ran out of chemicals. We are currently accepting bids from other companies.
