I am extremely please with my experience with Earthwise so far. Caitlyn was great when I called in. She was knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The tech (Chris) came out the very next business day. He was also very knowledgeable. He explained the plan to keep my home pest free and patiently answered all of my questions. He even called me when he was finished up so I would know when I could come back to the house. Very customer focused!
