Hello. Started service with you on 6-29. Have paid $305 to date. $250 startup. $55 first monthly. Called this am before you opened to report an ant invasion in the kitchen. Spoke with answering service. No one called back. I called again at 11:35 and was told the soonest someone could come out is tomorrow but that the hours are 8 to 5 open. Not the service I expected.
