I gave 4 stars but lately I’ve been a bit frustrated with Bug Runner- this is the 2 nd time no phone notification or door tag left to say they came! In fact my elderly mom is home all day with my dog . She never saw anyone on the day they claimed to have serviced us. My dog never barked as he always barks at Bug Runner because they come on our deck . So I’m not sure if we got a service on 4/21 as no phone call to say technician is on the way . This whole thing makes me not happy , and I’ve called before and asked to not forget to notify me .Not so happy Bug Runner.
