I needed someone right away to deal with a major ant intrusion. Truly Nolen got me scheduled for service within two days (after some issues mentioned below). The technician was on time, pleasant and explained the process as he went through it to bait, trap, and kill the ants. I have been with Truly Nolen for 29 years for interior service and am very satisfied with the technician’s work.

I would have selected excellent rating but the scheduling department is not the best. When I called, I spoke with a person that did not speak good English. I had to keep asking him to slow down and repeat himself. During this first call I got put on hold and then lost the connection. I called back and the second scheduler, also with limited English skills, helped finish getting everything set up. Truly Nolen really needs to do something about this. I know I am not the only one experiencing this language barrier issue. I called them several months ago and had the same language problem. It is very frustrating when the scheduler and I cannot understand each other. Why can’t customers just call just a local English speaking office. Why send us to a third party in another country that has a problem speaking American English? This is no way to run a business.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty communicating with the branch due to the out sourcing of phone calls. I am emailing your review to the branch manager in hopes he can do something.
