I was not happy that H.P. corporate changed billing to online from the paper method. I made a call to a representative at the 888 number. The representative told me my billing method would be returned to paper. Some 'customer service' staff say they will do something but ultimately drop the proverbial ball. I am happy to report this was not the case with H.P. as I am now back to receiving a paper bill. :)
