New pest control guy had a great personality. I answered the door yesterday, he was very pleasant and offered extra services if anything was needed. I haven't seen him around, and didn't catch a name, but he seemed like a great person for the role.

Thank you for the awesome feed back. I will let both him and his service manager know. The techs name was Dominic and he was filling in for that area yesterday.
