A few years now. We started with a squirrel problem and then signed up for yearly maintenance. I was disappointed this year after sending a written email requesting to be notified when service was being performed only to have Thomas show up unannounced. We had an appointment and had to leave, but in the future I really want to be home for the annual treatment.
