Stay away from this company! Our frustration with their lack of empathy and service is unfathomable. In my business, if an associate calls out sick, we still perform and nothing skips a beat. This company allegedly had two employees call out....so what, find someone else to fulfill the obligations to the customer. It’s that simple. The world shouldn’t end because someone is sick. Thank you for allowing our family to continue to sleep in 85 degree heat at night.
