We are happy with your service for the most part... The last time Rick was here, in December, and after getting our statement online as to what insects were sprayed for, the only 2 mentioned were ants and roaches. I'd specifically called to have him come a week earlier than scheduled because of the 2 scorpions we'd found. There was no mention of having sprayed for scorpions. Also, he told us that he'd come back the following day to spray the inside...he did not, nor did he call to tell us he couldn't make it, or anything else. We happened to have a carpet installer here at the same time, as it turned out, and the carpet installer did not want him spraying the new carpet nor himself handling the carpet after Rick spraying. Unfortunately, we did not know they'd be here at the same time, or I would have called to delay the spraying. I did apologize; Rick did get the outside done.
