Very satisfied with the staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The guy who came to spray didn't mind me following him around and pointing out spaces I wanted him to be sure and get or asking questions. I'm sure he knows his job I am just OCD that way and I don't have to wonder.

We are happy with your service for the most part...
The last time Rick was here, in December, and after getting our statement online as to what insects were sprayed for, the only 2 mentioned were ants and roaches. I'd specifically called to have him come a week earlier than scheduled because of the 2 scorpions we'd found. There was no mention of having sprayed for scorpions. Also, he told us that he'd come back the following day to spray the inside...he did not, nor did he call to tell us he couldn't make it, or anything else. We happened to have a carpet installer here at the same time, as it turned out, and the carpet installer did not want him spraying the new carpet nor himself handling the carpet after Rick spraying. Unfortunately, we did not know they'd be here at the same time, or I would have called to delay the spraying. I did apologize; Rick did get the outside done.

Seems to do the trick! Only one spider seen after initial spraying.
Only thing I would appreciate is if I could get a call or email letting
me know when you are coming to spray. I would not have wanted
the chem spray on porch like the first time because of some birds that
have taken up residence in the rafters.
