Our new tech Josh Floyd was awesome! He was super knowledgeable of his chemicals and what would be best for our needs having dogs and a young child. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions.
We had a tech come over once from this company that was really shy and just kept saying 'yes' to all our questions we had for him. He only addressed our ant problem and didn't really do much like we were expecting. For our next appointment the lovely lady in the office explained to me that tech wouldn't be servicing our home anymore due to unforseen circumstances.
I've love the lady in the office (I forget her name) she's always very polite and willing to work with my work schedule.
