Pros
Friendly and reliable. Always showed up within the appointment window. Always courteous and respectful. Customer service both over the phone and in person was generally top notch.

Cons
It felt like the only pest that was really kept under control were the ants. I understand spiders are difficult to get rid of but that's why you hire the exterminator. I ended up having to root out the nest of cigarette beetles we were dealing with and more or less "exterminate" them myself.

Overall
I wouldn't say they aren't good at what they do. They're the first exterminator I've ever hired. I do however feel I can accomplish the same results on my own so I won't be renewing my contract.
