We have service from you at two of our buildings under two separate account numbers. Your technician stopped coming to one of our buildings and we were not notified as to the reason why. We called to find out why and were informed that our service was terminated without any notice. This is the second time that this occurred without any notice.
Overall, there is no communication from Truly Nolen and we have no local contact person to reach out to. The customer service from Truly Nolen is horrible.
