We have mice baits inside the house and I asked the rep. If he checked them and he said yes. I was there all the time while he was spraying except for 1 min when I stepped away. I am pretty sure he never checked but I did not say anything . I understand they are good for 3-6 months but they need to be checked if any activity has happened or not . He is a very respectful and nice individual , greets every time and did ask if I had any more questions . I just hope that this is addressed next time . This is not a compliant , just a heads up so we get 100% service for the money we pay . Thanks.
