I called Paramount earlier to ask to be notified when the tech comes out since I was locking the backyard gate after a neighborhood incident. Evidently the person I spoke with did not notate my account. I was supposed to get 5 days notice to unlock my gate. The tech came unannounced and the gate was locked. I called "Valerie" and she rescheduled the tech and noted my file. both she and the tech were great!
