Our current (new) technician, Dale, is excellent! In one visit he took care of an ant problem that our previous technician failed to improve for years. I am unhappy that I have spent so much money for nothing over the last couple of years, but very happy with the current outcome. The lesson I have learned: if things aren't improving, it may be the technician, not just that we have superants!
