I was very excited to find a green service. The initial services consisted of the technician explaining everything he could not do to help. He did apply product around and inside the house. A few days later many dead roaches inside and outside -wonderful. However, a lot of live ones too, so I called for re- application. Regrettably I have been denied service which conflicts with the fact that I have a contract for them to do exactly that. I have a call and email into them - so far nothing. Therefore, I have emailed requesting a refund and to cancel service. Orkin would show up and re-apply if live roaches still in the house.
