Home Paramount Pest Control company’s staff are very personable and friendly. The home technicians do an excellent job and I am very pleased with their work; however, I do have an issue with their automated services. I have asked on several occasions not to be automatically scheduled. Often, without confirming the appointment, they have shown up at my home and sprayed the exterior and then sent a bill. I did speak to someone about pre-scheduling quarterly appointments but it has not occurred. I want to be home while they are present so that the interior can also be sprayed. I really don’t understand why this is such a huge problem and I am seriously considering changing companies because of this issue.
