Great prompt service from the customer representative. Kept me apprised of schedules and assisted in the preparation.
The tenting went smoothly, however after tent removed we we not notified when we could return to the house. On return the sliding doors were open and the house was not locked. Plants on the back patio were apparently included in the tenting and did not survive.
