On 5/27/20, technician arrived to inspect the green bait/poison units arround my house, and to conduct a crawl space inspection.

Upon departure, he left a "Death to the Queen" inspection report, That stated the checks that had been accompished, and that "No termite activity was found".

No report was made of the moisture levels found in the crawl space.
