The Bonita Springs Truly Nolen website is incorrect! The site says they are open until 11pm M-F. Nope!
Note to callers: the office closes at 3pm Daily. If you call after 3pm the call does not go through…it"s a dead line. No message that the office is closed, no alternate number to call "after hours."
The tech took payment in Full for services (over $500). No receipt after three (3) days! Invoices say outstanding yet I paid them in full! Be very, very careful if you select Truly Nolen Bonita Springs. Ask questions and follow up with them to get answers.

I am sorry to hear we have not posted your credit card yet. I have emailed the branch manager, Steve Gitlin, a copy of your review. I don't understand why the office would be closed at 3pm.
