Overall your firm did what I asked it to do.
My issues are: Early on I was told that you would not offer to repair the damage caused by the critters to my dormer. The tech said he would talk with his manager about how a repair could be done (or what it might take to devise some barrier to critters). Never heard anything further since then.
The other issue is that you went ahead and charged my credit card without my authorization when I also paid by check. This resulted in an overpayment to you. It's now been over 2 weeks since and I'm still awaiting the refund of the overpayment.
