The extermination and the bill must be on your business letterhead, not on mere piece of paper. The report and the accompanying bill must bear your official contact phone number or attached business card. This is a mandatory requirement by the Town of Babylon. Unless and until these details are provided, we cannot assess your quality of work as professional and satisfactory.
